Major Minor - Complete Edition

Major\Minor - Complete Edition puts music and choice in the foreground, which is exactly what people reach for in a narrative game about performance and relationships. By our assessment, the appeal is that it treats songs, branching scenes, and character tension as the main event instead of background dressing. Its weakness is also clear: this kind of game lives or dies on whether the writing, music, and route structure click, and if they do not, there is not much mechanical noise to hide behind. In practice it asks for attention to dialogue and mood more than fast reactions, so the pace is calm and text-heavy. Compared with action games or open-ended sims, it is a much more focused piece, and the Complete Edition framing suggests a fuller package rather than a stripped release. That makes it a better fit for players who like story-first design and a worse fit for anyone wanting constant systems to fiddle with.
