LEGO® Ninjago™ works as a child-friendly action game built from the long-running ninja brand, so the main draw is simple combat, collecting, and fan service around the Ninjago world. By our assessment, it has the easy readability that LEGO games usually promise: bright presentation, quick goals, and a low barrier to entry. The trade-off is that this kind of game rarely asks for much tactical depth, so the challenge can feel light once the loop clicks. In practice it is the sort of thing you pick up for short sessions, mostly to chase the next unlock or move through familiar licensed material.
