Koishi Navigation Desktop Youkai sounds like a niche desktop toy or companion app wrapped in Touhou-style youkai imagery, and that already tells you roughly who will care about it. By our assessment, the appeal is in personality and atmosphere rather than in heavy function, so its best use is likely as a small piece of playful computer decoration. The downside is that something this specific can feel opaque or limited to anyone outside the circle that recognises the references. In practice these things are usually about sitting on the desktop, reacting in a small way, and being more charming than necessary. It lives closer to fan software and mascots than to a conventional productivity tool, which is fine as long as that is the expectation. People who enjoy quirky companion apps and Touhou flavour may find it amusing; everyone else will probably see only a very strange name and move on.
