Kalimba

Kalimba stands out as a puzzle-platformer that plays with two-character movement, so the brainwork is in coordinating turns, timing, and spatial reading. By our assessment, that gives it a neat identity: it is less about reflex showmanship and more about solving movement problems under pressure. The downside is familiar to puzzle games of this kind, because once the pattern is learned the challenge depends on whether the stages keep introducing fresh tricks. In practice, it is the sort of game that rewards calm concentration and a willingness to retry a section until the route clicks. It sits comfortably among clever indie puzzlers, closer to precision design than to broad action spectacle, and the name is more memorable than the premise is loud.
