KAMI

KAMI is a small puzzle game built around folding colour into a single shaded field, with each move replacing one patch after another until the board settles. By our assessment, its appeal comes from how clean the rules are and how quickly each screen becomes a little problem of sequence and restraint. The downside is that the whole idea is deliberately narrow, so once the logic clicks there is not much else to uncover. In practice it feels calm, neat and very readable, with no story baggage or systems to learn beyond the puzzle itself. Compared with larger abstract puzzlers, it is lighter and less demanding, but also more finished as a single-purpose object. It is a good fit for someone who wants short, tidy brain-teasers; it is less satisfying if the draw is progression, variety or a long campaign.
