Junkyard Truck

Junkyard Truck is about keeping an old truck alive with the kind of hands-on tinkering that car people recognize at once: fixing parts, swapping components, and coaxing a rough vehicle into working order. By our assessment, that maintenance-first angle is its best feature, because it makes progress feel earned through greasy, practical jobs instead of tidy menu progression. The downside is obvious too: a truck game built around repair can feel slow, repetitive, and very much about patience rather than speed. In practice it should be the sort of game where the player spends plenty of time under the hood, in the yard, and on small errands that keep the machine going. Compared with glossy driving games, it is more about ownership and upkeep than racing or showpiece vehicles. It suits players who enjoy mechanical fussing and survival-flavoured grind, and it will not do much for anyone who only wants polished driving.
