By our assessment, that gives it a clear identity, but the campaign is the kind of thing that can feel harsh if someone wants a smooth ramp or a generous pace. The trade-off is plain: tactical texture comes with a lot of waiting, sorting, and reloading of plans. In practice it asks for patience in the way old-school squad tactics usually do, with each turn carrying more weight than spectacle.
