Hmmsim Metro

Hmmsim Metro is for people who want train driving in a very literal way, with route reading, speed control and station work doing the heavy lifting. By our assessment, it stands out because it treats the cab as the whole point instead of dressing rail travel up as an action game. That makes it appealing if the pleasure is in procedure, signals and keeping time, but it can feel slow if someone wants scenery, drama or a wider management layer. In practice this kind of game lives or dies on attention to small movements, because a missed brake or an awkward stop is the actual challenge. Compared with arcade train games, Hmmsim Metro sits much closer to a simulation mindset. It suits players who like methodical driving and do not mind repetition, and it has little reason to persuade anyone looking for quick thrills.
