Hell Architect: Prologue

Hell Architect: Prologue is a small sampler for a management game about building and running a hellish bureaucracy. By our assessment, its main value is that it shows the loop clearly: place rooms, keep resources moving, and arrange misery efficiently enough that the machine keeps running. The limit is obvious too, because a prologue is a slice rather than a full system, so the whole thing stops before the larger rhythm of a complete campaign can settle in. In practice it is about watching a cramped underground layout become more complicated room by room, with little tasks feeding into each other. Compared with finished colony or base builders, it is more of a teaser than a full meal, but it does sketch the idea cleanly. Hell Architect: Prologue is for seeing whether that management setup clicks at all, not for getting a long haul out of it.
