Hammerwatch II is built for players who want a top-down action RPG with co-op, loot, and the rhythm of clearing monsters room by room. By our assessment, its real strength is that old-school dungeon crawl feel: you pick a class, push through hostile spaces, pick up gear, and keep going with friends or alone.
