Greed Corp

Greed Corp stands out by making land itself part of the fight, which is a neat fit for anyone who likes strategy games with a sharper edge than the usual base-building loop. By our assessment, its real strength is the shrinking-map pressure: the board changes as you play, so positioning and timing matter more than just turtling behind walls. The downside is that this kind of design can feel unforgiving, because a bad push or a missed capture is not something the map politely lets you forget. In practice it gives matches a tense, board-game-like rhythm where every move has weight and the battlefield slowly eats itself. It sits between accessible strategy and harsh control of territory, closer to a compact tactics game than to a sprawling empire builder. People who like clean territorial conflict will find a lot to chew on here, while anyone wanting relaxed expansion and long setup should look elsewhere.
