Good Company

Good Company is a factory-management game about turning a small operation into a working supply chain. By our assessment, its best feature is the clarity of its production lines: parts come in, get assembled, and leave as products, so the logic is easy to read even when the map fills up. The price of that clarity is that you spend a lot of time watching throughput, spacing, and bottlenecks rather than enjoying dramatic events. In practice it has the steady, tidy feel of arranging machines and worker paths until the whole setup runs cleanly. It sits in the same broad space as other management and automation games, but with a friendlier, less punishing tone than the heaviest factory builders. Good Company is a solid pick for players who like organizing systems and improving layouts, and it is less suited to anyone who wants combat, story drama, or flashy spectacle.
