Gal*Gun 2

Gal*Gun 2 is built around an odd but very specific joke: an over-the-top shooter where attention, timing, and aim are tied to flirting rather than to military drama. By our assessment, that makes it memorable as a fanservice-heavy arcade game with a deliberately ridiculous premise and a strong manga-anime feel. Its strength is not subtlety; it is the confidence of committing fully to one silly idea and turning it into a playable loop. The obvious downside is that the joke is also the ceiling, because if that tone does not land, there is not much else to lean on. In practice, this kind of game is busy, loud, and often more about spectacle than depth, with repetitive structure doing a lot of the work. It sits well away from serious shooters and close to niche Japanese action titles that run on personality first. The rating stays modest because the concept is clear and distinctive, but it is narrow by design.
