GNOSIA is a social-deduction game that runs like a single-player puzzle box, which is the strange trick that makes it memorable. The player keeps moving through repeated rounds of suspicion, voting, and role changes, trying to read who is lying while the rules and cast shift underneath the surface. By our assessment, its strength is the loop itself: each cycle teaches a little more, and the writing gives the process enough personality that it never feels like a dry logic exercise. The downside is that repetition is built into the design, so anyone who dislikes replaying the same social setup in new combinations will feel the structure quickly. In practice it is more about inference and pattern-reading than action, and that makes it easy to admire even when it is mentally tiring. Compared with simpler deduction games, GNOSIA is broader, stranger, and more narrative-driven.
