Fight'N Rage

Fight'N Rage is a side-scrolling beat 'em up that speaks to players who still like clean combo timing, co-op brawling, and the old arcade rhythm of walking in and clearing a screen. By our assessment, its biggest strength is how sharply it handles the genre basics: hits feel readable, enemy pressure stays busy, and the action keeps moving without much fuss. The limit is built into the format, though, because a beat 'em up is about repetition, lane control, and learning patterns more than variety in systems. In practice it has the feel of a tough but fair arcade fighter, especially when played with other people and the screen fills with threats from all sides. It sits near the stronger modern throwbacks in the genre, not as a reinvention but as a very solid return to form. Fight'N Rage is a good reach for someone who wants direct action and readable combat, not a deep campaign full of surprises.
