F1 Manager 2024

F1 Manager 2024 asks for patience, because the appeal is in running an entire Formula 1 team rather than driving the cars. By our assessment, that is also its best quality: it turns pit walls, tyre choices, race strategy, car development, and staffing into the main drama. The trade-off is obvious; if someone wants the direct thrill of racing, this is the wrong seat, since control stays managerial and indirect. In practice, the game is about long-term planning, watching races unfold, and reacting to changing conditions rather than chasing lap-by-lap excitement. It sits against racing games like a different tool entirely, closer to a front-office job than a cockpit. F1 Manager 2024 is for people who enjoy motorsport from the strategy side, and it will not reward anyone who wants to personally take the wheel.
