F1 Manager 2022

F1 Manager 2022 asks for patience in a very specific way: it is a Formula One management game, not a driving game, so the player spends time on pit strategy, car development, staffing, and race-day decisions from the pit wall. By our assessment, the appeal is clear if the bookkeeping side of motorsport is the point, because it turns the season into a chain of engineering and race-management calls. The trade-off is that the on-track action is mostly indirect, so people who want to steer the car themselves will bounce off fast. In practice it is the sort of game where menus, timing, and long-term planning matter more than adrenaline. It sits between sports management sims and racing games, but leans firmly toward the management side. The name itself carries the year 2022, and otherwise the idea is straightforward: organize a team, read the race, and live with the consequences. It suits players who enjoy motorsport from the garage rather than the cockpit.
