Endoparasitic makes survival into a cramped, ugly little problem: you move one limb at a time, drag yourself through a hostile place, and spend your attention on keeping the character alive. By our assessment, that single-control setup is the whole point, because it turns every inch of progress into work and makes ordinary fights feel costly. The downside is obvious and deliberate: the game is stressful, fiddly, and not interested in being comfortable or generous. In practice it will feel slow, tense, and often awkward in exactly the way its premise demands. Compared with broader survival-horror games, Endoparasitic is more stripped down and more punishing, so it lands best with players who want pressure and precision rather than a smooth ride.
