In practice it has the simple, sticky rhythm that makes these games easy to pick up for short sessions, and the name tells the truth about the tone — it is all about forcing a way through the road ahead. Compared with open-world driving games, it is tiny and focused, but that focus is what gives it its grip. The 2 in the title sits in the usual sequel space, and the game stays firmly in the arcade lane rather than pretending to be a simulator.
