EA SPORTS FC 25

EA SPORTS FC 25 is the yearly football game for people who want licensed clubs, real player names, and the usual mix of league play, online matches, and Ultimate Team. By our assessment, its main strength is still the same one this series has leaned on for years: it gives football fans a huge amount of official content and a familiar match engine to live inside. The trade-off is also familiar, because the structure can feel locked around menus, cards, and annual small changes rather than a fresh rethink. In practice it is a game of constant tinkering with squads, tactics, and match rhythm, and that can be comforting or tiring depending on how much repetition you want. It sits at the center of the mainstream football genre rather than on the simulation edge. The people who know exactly what they want from an annual sports title will get the most out of it; anyone looking for a big leap should look elsewhere. The 25 in the name is part of the title, not a promise of anything deeper.
