Dragon Cliff

Dragon Cliff looks like a plain fantasy RPG, but the real hook is the amount of gathering, crafting, and class grinding layered around the combat. By our assessment, that makes it more of a numbers-and-loop game than a story game: the pleasure comes from building a party, feeding it resources, and watching the stats climb. The downside is that this kind of design can feel repetitive once the loop is understood, and the fantasy setting does not hide the grind for long. In practice it is a steady, menu-heavy game where progress arrives in small steps and the battles matter less than the preparation around them. It sits closer to indie loot and management RPGs than to big narrative adventures, so the appeal is mechanical rather than dramatic. Dragon Cliff is for players who enjoy incremental systems and resource juggling, because the ceiling is really set by how much repetition someone is willing to accept.
