Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor

Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor turns scavenging and survival into a loop of picking through refuse, selling scraps, and watching your energy and time disappear in a hostile market. By our assessment, its strongest point is the way it makes ordinary chores feel like the whole game: you are not charging through a space opera, you are managing hunger, currency, and the slow grind of being stuck at the bottom. The downside is that the repetition is the point, so anyone wanting momentum or clear power growth will feel the drag quickly. In practice it is more about routine, routes, and small bargains than about action, and that gives it a very specific rhythm. It sits far from polished management games and even farther from heroic sci-fi, with a stranger, harsher tone than most of its peers. The right player is usually someone who can take bleak systems and plain mechanical repetition without waiting for the game to turn generous.
