DemonsAreCrazy

DemonsAreCrazy looks like a game that goes hard on the name, and that usually means loud action, comic excess, or both. By our assessment, that sort of project lives or dies on whether the moment-to-moment play matches the attitude in the title. The downside is that games built on style often have a narrow ceiling if the systems underneath are thin. In practice the important question is whether the combat, pacing, or movement gives the joke enough weight to keep going after the first impression. It sits in the broad space of punchy action games, but without stronger evidence there is no reason to pretend it is anything more specific. The name does the selling; the rest has to earn its place on screen.
