Death Trash is the kind of indie RPG people reach for when they want grotesque post-apocalypse, grim humor, and a rough edge rather than polish. By our assessment, its main appeal is the strange mix of action combat, conversation, and scavenging in a world full of flesh, rust, and junk. The trade-off is that the presentation stays deliberately raw, so some players will read its looseness as charm and others as unfinished feel. In play it has the scrappy texture of a low-budget thing that wants to be strange first and smooth second. Compared with bigger post-apocalyptic RPGs, it is more personal and more abrasive, with a stronger identity than a clean mainstream design. Death Trash suits players who want oddness and atmosphere more than comfort.
