Death Squared (RORORORO)

Its co-op puzzles trade individual speed for communication: in Death Squared (RORORORO), players steer robots through hazardous rooms toward their matching exits. A move that looks harmless to one person can put another robot in danger, so the group has to read the board and coordinate rather than rush. The same basic challenge works solo, where the player has to manage the robots’ routes without a partner to catch a mistake. By our assessment, the clean rules and steadily trickier layouts make it a strong fit for shared puzzle-solving. The humor keeps the tone light, but the actual challenge comes from spatial reasoning and careful movement. Some puzzles invite trial and error, and that can frustrate a group that would rather keep moving than discuss each step. It is built around deliberate coordination, so the best moments come when everyone agrees on the next move.
