Crow Country

Crow Country is built like a modern retro-survival horror game, the sort that borrows the shape of old console horror and folds it into cleaner controls. By our assessment, its biggest appeal is the deliberate return to exploration, inventory pressure, and tense navigation through a hostile place. The downside is familiar to anyone who likes this style: fixed resource management and old-school pacing can feel slow if you want constant motion. In practice, it is about reading spaces carefully, conserving what matters, and accepting that a lot of the game is uncertainty. Compared with more cinematic horror, Crow Country is less about spectacle and more about controlled dread in a compact package. It is for people who enjoy survival horror as a system, not just as a theme, and it will feel stiff to anyone who wants a looser, faster scare ride.
