Crosshair X

Crosshair X is for players who want a custom crosshair overlaid on top of games that do not offer a useful one, especially in shooters and fast action games. Its clear strength is flexibility: shapes, colors, transparency, and other tweaks let people make the reticle easier to see against busy backgrounds. The downside is just as plain, because it is an overlay utility and not part of the game itself, so its value depends on the game, the display setup, and whether extra software feels worth the trouble. By our assessment, Crosshair X sits in a small niche next to built-in crosshair options and monitor features, and it is mostly about personal preference. It is a tool for making the center of the screen easier to track, and Crosshair X does not try to be more than that.
