Cat on a Diet

Cat on a Diet gets its charm from a simple arcade puzzle idea: feed the cat by moving food through compact stages without wasting a step. By our assessment, that mix of cute framing and clear level goals is the whole point, and it works because the rules are easy to read from the first few moments. The good part is the directness, since you always know what the stage wants and can focus on pathing and timing instead of learning a heavy system. The downside is equally plain, because a small puzzle game like this can run out of surprise once the trick is understood. In practice it feels like short, tidy stages with quick retries and just enough friction to make clean solutions satisfying. It sits comfortably among lightweight mobile-style puzzlers rather than big, layered brain-teasers. Cat on a Diet is a neat snack of a game, not a long meal.
