Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition is loud, fast, and built around style kills, so it appeals to players who want a shooter to reward aggression instead of caution. By our assessment, the game’s best trick is the skill-shot system, which pushes you to kick enemies, drag them around, and finish them in more creative ways than a plain run-and-gun usually asks for. That same design also narrows it, because the campaign is more about repeating a joke well than about tactical variety. In practice it feels like a fireworks display of movement and insult-laced momentum, with very little patience for slow play. Against military realism shooters, it is cartoonish and deliberately rude; against other arcade shooters, it is more obsessed with combo play than with clean marksmanship. People who want a short, brash power fantasy will understand it quickly, while anyone wanting depth beyond its combat gimmick may run out of reasons to stay.
