Blood West

Blood West is a stealthy first-person shooter for players who like harsh maps, careful movement, and a supernatural western setting. By our assessment, its best quality is the way it mixes sneaking, shooting, and scavenging into a tense loop where noise has consequences. The downside is that this kind of game can feel punishing and methodical, especially if you want a fast power fantasy instead of slow route-finding and cautious aiming. In practice it asks you to read spaces, manage resources, and accept that a bad fight can cost a lot. It sits between immersive sim tension and old-school shooter roughness, which gives it a harder edge than a simple action game. Blood West suits people who enjoy stealth with teeth and do not mind repeating dangerous stretches of terrain, and it will frustrate anyone who wants constant forward momentum.
