Blade Assault

Blade Assault is a side-scrolling action roguelite built around quick dodges, ranged shots, and repeated runs through hand-made-looking sci-fi stages. By our assessment, it works best for players who like learning enemy patterns, chasing upgrades, and accepting that a run can end suddenly. Its strength is the crisp combat loop and the way it keeps pushing movement as much as damage. The trade-off is the usual roguelite churn: some progress resets, and repetition is part of the deal. In practice it feels busy and direct, with constant motion and little patience for drifting. Compared with slower action platformers, it asks more of your reflexes and less of your patience. It suits people who want a fast run-based game, not anyone looking for a long, fixed campaign.
