Anna - Extended Edition

Anna - Extended Edition asks for patience from the player, because it is the kind of game where reading the scene matters more than rushing through it. By our assessment, the interest comes from its surreal mood and the way it turns ordinary-looking spaces into something uneasy. The limit is that this sort of horror adventure can feel opaque if you want clear guidance or constant action. In practice it is about exploring, piecing together meaning, and sitting with uncertainty rather than being pushed from one set piece to the next. Compared with louder horror games, it is more about atmosphere and interpretation than spectacle. Anna - Extended Edition is for players who like to work at a game's meanings, not just its controls.
