ANOTHER EDEN

ANOTHER EDEN asks for patience and pays it back with a very old-school single-player JRPG structure: towns, dungeons, party building, and a long story that unfolds at its own pace. By our assessment, its strongest point is that it treats a mobile game like a real role-playing game instead of a snack-sized loop, with a proper soundtrack, a lot of text, and plenty of familiar turn-based habits. The trade-off is that all that content can feel heavy if someone wants something brisk, because ANOTHER EDEN likes to pause, talk, and wander. In practice it feels closer to a portable console RPG than to the usual gacha race, even though it lives in that mobile space. It sits above many phone JRPGs in ambition and presentation, and that is exactly why it asks more attention than a casual tapper. By our assessment, it suits players who want a long, story-led RPG on a phone and do not mind giving it time.
