ANIMALITY

ANIMALITY looks like a game built around primal energy and animal forms, which puts it closer to action or style-first indie work than to a standard, heavily explained genre piece. By our assessment, the title suggests a strong identity, but the public picture is still thin enough that the safest reading is as a compact game that sells mood and motion. That also means the downside is uncertainty: with little durable substance to lean on, it is hard to describe a deep systems game here. In practice, this kind of project usually lives or dies by feel, movement, and presentation. Compared with bigger names in the field, ANIMALITY sits in the small, hard-to-pin-down corner where concept does a lot of the work. It is the kind of thing to notice if you like distinctive indie ideas, and easy to skip if you want a clearly established gameplay pitch.
