12 is Better Than 6

12 is Better Than 6 stands out first as a Western shooter with a harsh monochrome look and a clear fetish for outlaw survival. By our assessment, the appeal is the stripped-down gunfights and the rough, chase-heavy tone, which make it feel more immediate than a polished cover shooter. It is the kind of game that leans on tension, scarce resources, and a dusty frontier mood rather than on variety or comfort. The downside is that the same stark style can also make it feel narrow, especially if someone wants broad systems or a lot of mechanical depth. In practice the game asks for careful movement, timing, and a tolerance for getting hit while learning the flow. Compared with bigger western-themed shooters, it is smaller and more abrasive, with a presentation that does the job without trying to be glossy. 12 is Better Than 6 is easiest to take as a lean, hard-edged action game, not a generous one.
