Bitcointry

Bitcointry points straight at the basic crypto-exchange job: turn one asset into another without wrapping it in a bigger trading environment. By our assessment, that can be useful for people who want a quick conversion and do not need a full exchange feature set, but there is not much durable public detail to lean on. The upside is the narrowness itself, since simple exchangers are often easier to grasp than large exchanges. The downside is just as plain: spreads, fees, and the usual trust problem that comes with leaving coins with a middleman. In practice this kind of service is mostly about the route from input to output, with little else around it. Bitcointry sits in the same middle ground as many other exchangers, and that means its appeal is mostly functional, not distinctive.
