By our assessment, the good part is clarity of concept; the name tells you it is tied to a recognizable Ethereum product rather than to a loose promise. The honest limit is that every extra layer changes the relationship to the underlying asset, so this is not the same as holding ether directly. In practice, tokenized fund products tend to feel more engineered than a coin and more conditional than a plain ETF. Against ordinary crypto tokens, it is more grounded in a known financial structure, but it also carries that structure’s complexity.
