Brand: WETH
Cryptocurrency
Zero Network Bridged WETH (Zero Network) is the same bridge idea applied to wrapped ether, so it serves people moving ETH exposure into the Zero Network side of things. By our assessment, it is useful infrastructure, not a product that tries to win attention on its own. Its good point is interoperability: it gives the network a familiar ETH-shaped asset for DeFi and transfers. The downside is the same as with other bridged tokens, namely that a second layer of trust and technical dependency sits between the user and the underlying value. In practice, this is the kind of token that matters most inside a specific network workflow, where it can be used as a building block rather than as a brand. It sits between native ETH and broader bridging tools, and its value is mostly in making that route possible. Zero Network Bridged WETH (Zero Network) is one of those assets that makes more sense the deeper someone already lives in the ecosystem.
