Veno ETH

Veno ETH is the kind of Ethereum-linked token that usually interests people who want ETH exposure without holding plain ETH in the simplest form. By our assessment, its appeal comes from that wrapping of a known asset into a DeFi-friendly format, which can be handy inside lending, staking, or liquidity setups. The downside is the usual one for derivative-style crypto products: extra contract risk, extra moving parts, and a token that depends on the health of the protocol behind it. In practice it is less about spending and more about positioning inside a DeFi stack. Compared with holding native ETH directly, Veno ETH adds structure and therefore adds complexity, and that makes it more specialised than casual.
