Vanguard Value ETF (Ondo Tokenized) is a tokenized version of a value-stock fund idea, so it speaks to people who want traditional market exposure wrapped in crypto rails. By our assessment, the appeal is the familiar value investing label paired with a token format, but that also means extra structure between the holder and the underlying assets. It is less clean than buying a plain ETF and less native to crypto than holding a real coin. The practical feel is all about mediation and packaging rather than direct ownership, which is fine if that is the point and annoying if it is not.
