By our assessment, it is filed as a cryptocurrency, so the obvious audience is people who want tokenized exposure or a synthetic stand-in rather than a conventional fund position. The strength of that idea is convenience: you may get a tradable wrapper around a familiar theme without dealing with the standard ETF route. The downside is equally clear, because a tokenized copy can add another layer of structure, counterparty risk, and confusion about what is actually being owned. In practice this kind of product asks for more reading than a plain ETF does, and it works only if the backing and mechanics are understood.
