TruFin Staked NEAR follows the same pattern as other staked assets: it is a tokenized NEAR position for people who want staking exposure without treating the base coin as purely liquid. By our assessment, its strength is mechanical rather than glamorous, because it packages staking state in a way that fits DeFi habits. The downside is equally mechanical: staking wrappers add complexity, and the user has to live with the rules and risks of the protocol behind them.
