The Root Network sounds like infrastructure, and that is the right place to put it: this is the sort of cryptocurrency people reach for when they want a base layer, not a mascot. By our assessment, it belongs to the class of crypto projects that try to support apps, assets, and identity rather than merely circulate as a speculative badge. That gives it a clearer purpose than many tokens, which is a real advantage, but infrastructure crypto also tends to ask for patience and a working ecosystem before the promise feels real. In practice the appeal is less about drama and more about whether the network can actually carry useful activity.
