TRUST

TRUST is one of those cryptocurrency names that asks for a serious explanation and does not provide one on its own. By our assessment, that keeps it at a modest level: as a token, it may aim at decentralised finance or a platform use case, but the name alone does not tell the reader whether it is a payment coin, governance token, or something else entirely. In practice, that kind of project lives and dies on documentation, wallet support, and whether the economics are intelligible; without those, trust becomes the only selling point, which is a weak place to start. The upside of the category is flexibility, but the downside is that many coins are interchangeable until the details arrive. TRUST sits in that crowded middle, where plain naming is not enough to carry the project.
