TOBY has the sharp, ticker-like look of a coin that wants to be memorable before it wants to be explanatory. By our assessment, it is a cryptocurrency, so its real life is the familiar one of wallets, transfers, trading, and price watching, not a separate everyday service. That makes it easy to place in the market, but hard to praise for much beyond recognizability and the basic mechanics of a token. The downside is the usual one for this kind of asset: if the project around it is thin, the coin itself can end up doing most of the talking.
