By our assessment, the attraction is obvious: it packages a familiar share into crypto form, which can make transfer and settlement feel more native to that world. The trade-off is equally obvious, because tokenized stock products depend on the structure behind them and can be awkward compared with holding the real market instrument directly. In practice they sit between finance and crypto and inherit some of the limits of both.
