Scalia Infrastructure sounds like a project built to support other projects, which is a common pattern in crypto and often a sign that the real action is underneath the headline. By our assessment, that can be useful if it truly provides rails, tooling, or network support, but the name itself gives very little away. The honest limit is that infrastructure tokens are hard to judge from the outside; the utility usually depends on a specific ecosystem and the user has to care about that ecosystem first.
