SigUSD is the sort of crypto name that clearly points toward a dollar peg, so it belongs to the stablecoin corner of the field. By our assessment, that makes its main promise easy to grasp: less wandering price, more usefulness for parking value or moving funds inside a crypto system. The trade-off is just as plain, because a token that tracks a peg depends on that peg holding and on the trust behind the setup.
