Reward Protocol

Reward Protocol sounds like infrastructure, and that is exactly where its appeal and its problem both live. By our assessment, it is the sort of crypto project that likely matters most to people already dealing with the protocol’s rules, because protocol-level tokens tend to be about incentives, access, or governance rather than simple payment. That can be useful inside a system where the mechanics are understood, but it leaves outsiders with very little to go on. The upside is structural: a protocol token can anchor a network and make participation legible to its users. The downside is that it is usually not friendly to casual holders who want a straightforward coin they can grasp at a glance. Reward Protocol sits closer to technical crypto plumbing than to the coins people talk about first.
