ROCK DAO sounds like the kind of governance-heavy crypto project that wants decisions spread across a community, not pinned to a single operator. By our assessment, it is the sort of thing people reach for when they already understand DAO culture and want to participate in token-based voting or coordination. The upside is the structure itself: a DAO can make control feel more shared and more transparent than a closed project.
